Rich oversees our business operations as well as account service, digital marketing, media and overall client relations and strategy.

He helps develop marketing strategies for clients that leverage the right media to reach their core audience and convert that audience to leads for their business.

He spent the first 10 years of his career working agency side in Sioux City, Omaha and Chicago focused on brand building and traffic driving campaigns for clients in the retail, beverage and automotive sector.

Rich shifted to a client-side role in 2005 and worked as Sr. Director of Marketing for Cricket Communications and later as Vice President of Brand and Social Media for LPL Financial.

While at Cricket, he focused on building results-driven direct response campaigns across broadcast and digital while growing the retail business over his 6-year tenure.

At LPL, he began working with the recruiting team developing lead generation programs to bring new advisors into the firm, and then shifted to a brand role overseeing the evolution of the LPL brand.

At both companies, he led the development of corporate social media programs focused on both consumer and B2B audiences. Social media has been a passion area of his since 2008.
